General Integration

Will this integration work with all current and future EAVision™ Drones?

Yes, the integration currently works with EAVision™ J100, J70, and J150 and will work for future EAVision™ drones. One of the key advantages of using an API integration instead of relying on log files is that the data structure remains consistent.

Will this integration work for trial users?

Yes, the integration is available for trial users to connect their EAVision™ account. They can also use the log file sync to create application maps and FAA reports.

Will this integration work for paid users?

Yes, the integration works fully for paid users. They are able to connect their AcreConnect® and EAVision™ accounts to sync flight logs automatically and use them to create application maps and FAA reports.

Can I connect my accounts using any device?

Yes, you can use a computer, tablet, or phone, but we recommend a laptop or tablet for the best experience.

Account Setup & Access

How do I access the integration?

To get started, head over to the Connection Center. There, you can connect to your EAVision™ account with your EAVision™ username and password. Afterwards, you will want to add your drone under your organization’s equipment. For step-by-step instructions, read this knowledge center article.

How do I set up my EAVision™ account?

Your EAVision™ account uses the same login credentials that are used to log into the EAVision™ RC. If you do not have an account, please visit the EAVision™ CRM HERE.

I have multiple EAVision™ accounts. What do I do?

You will need to disconnect your current EAVision™ connection and reconnect using the other pilot’s account. We are actively working with EAVision™ to improve this process.

Syncing & Flight Logs

Does the automatic sync work for free users?

Yes, free users can automatically sync their flight logs to store them in AcreConnect®. Free users who sync their flight logs will not be able to create application maps or FAA reports.

How often do my flight logs sync?

Your flight logs automatically sync every 1-1.5 hours. You can also “force” sync your logs at any time if needed. Click HERE to learn more.

Why can’t I see the flight I just flew?

The flight logs may not have synced automatically yet. You may need to manually trigger a sync to view them. Before doing so, ensure you have a data connection and that your flights have been uploaded from your EAVision™ remote controller to the cloud using an internet connection. If you have a large number of flight logs, it may take a few minutes for them all to appear.

What if I need to sync flight logs for a job I just did?

You can force sync log files at any time. Simply head to the connection center and click the green “Sync Now” button under the EAVision™ integration tile. Click HERE to learn more.

Will all of my past flight logs sync?

Yes.

Where can I see all of my flight logs?

Look at the “Flights and Maps” tab.

What can I do with the flight logs once they are synced?

You can use AcreConnect® as a log file storage system, create application maps, or generate an FAA report. You can also share application maps with your farm management tools.

Application Maps

Will AcreConnect® automatically create application maps from my flight logs?

No. You will need to click on your desired Flight Group and click on “Create Application Map.” Click HERE to learn more.

Can I create an As Applied Map with my EAVision™ drone?

Yes, you can create As Covered or As Applied Maps with your EAVision™ drone. When creating the map, just choose the desired output.

What are the steps to create an As Covered Map from my EAVision™ drone?

Click on your desired Flight Group, then click “Create Application Map.” A pop-up will appear where you can select “Coverage Map.” Click HERE to learn more.

What are the steps to create an As Applied Map from my EAVision™ drone?

Click on your desired Flight Group, then click “Create Application Map.” A pop-up will appear where you can select either an As Applied Map in Gal/Acre or Gal/Min data. Click HERE to learn more.

What is the difference between an As Covered and an As Applied map?

An As Covered map shows only where the drone applied the product, while an As Applied map also includes flow rate data. As Applied maps display the Gal/Acre or Gal/Min pump data overlaid on the map.

Sharing Maps

Will an As Applied map from my EAVision™ drone show up in John Deere Operations Center™?

Yes, but you will need to send the map from AcreConnect® to John Deere Operations Center™ first.

Will an As Applied map from my EAVision™ drone show up in Climate FieldView™?

Yes, but you will need to send the map from AcreConnect® to Climate FieldView™ first.
