If you notice that your most recent flights aren’t appearing in the system, you have the option to force initiate a synchronization. This ensures that all new flight data is pulled in immediately, keeping your records up to date without waiting for the automatic sync to occur.

Note: The Automatic Sync runs every 1–1.5 hours.

Navigate To Connection Center

Navigate to your profile settings in the top right corner of your account. Click the account icon and click “Manage Connections” on the dropdown menu.

Sync Your Flights Logs

Within the EAVision™ integration tile, click the green “Sync Now” button to begin the synchronization process.

Once the sync is complete, a timestamp showing the most recent synchronization will appear on the left side of the tile.
