Uploading Basics
How do I upload flight logs?
How many log files can I upload at one time?
500
Do I need to format the logs before uploading, or can I just drop them in?
No formatting is needed, just drop them in.
Will AcreConnect® accept a zip file?
Yes, AcreConnect® will accept zipped files. You do not need to unzip a file before you upload into AcreConnect®. If you do unzip the files, you will have to select them all during the upload process, therefore we recommend you upload zipped files to save time.
When is the best time to upload flight logs?
You can upload flight logs at any time, but during the season, we recommend uploading them daily to stay organized and ensure your data is up to date. If you're uploading logs specifically to generate application maps, only include the flights relevant to those maps. At the end of the season, if you haven’t uploaded any logs yet, a bulk upload is the most efficient way to get everything into AcreConnect®.
Can I upload manual mode flight logs?
Yes, you can upload flight logs that were flown in manual mode. For step-by-step instructions, reference these Knowledge Center Articles.

Why should I upload my log files to AcreConnect®?
Uploading log files to AcreConnect® gets them stored on U.S. servers, outside of DJI and XAG’s control, and allows you to use them to create application maps.
What is Flight Log Manager?
Flight log manager allows you to securely store flight logs from both XAG and DJI drones and easily use them to generate application maps.
Why should I store flight logs in AcreConnect® instead of on my drone?
There are several benefits.
• Security: Our software is made in the USA, and all data is stored securely in U.S.-based servers. If your logs are only on your drone’s remote controller, you risk losing valuable data if something happens to your controller, or if the firmware or drone maker’s software changes.
• Accessibility: Storing your logs in AcreConnect® makes it easy to use them for application maps.
• Ease of Use: If you fly multiple drones or use different manufacturers, AcreConnect® flight log manager gives you one place to store all your records.
