How to Add Your Organization Details

Provide your organization's details so they’re automatically included in FAA reports.

Navigate to Organization Details

Hover over your Account Icon on the Top Right-Hand Corner of the screen and click on "Manage Organization"


Company Details

To update your company information, click the pencil icon on the right. The details you enter here will automatically populate when you create an FAA report, saving you time.


Person of Contact

This is the main contact for your organization.


Certification and Exemptions

FAA Exemption Docket Number

You can find your FAA Exemption Docket Number on the first page of your approved 44807, right after the cover letter.

Ex. FAA-2025-1234

Note: If you have misplaced your 44807, view our article on Where to Find Your 44807 Exemption.

FAA Exemption Number

Your FAA Exemption Number is located next to your FAA Exemption Docket Number on the first page of your approved 44807, just after the cover letter.

Ex. 12345A

Certificate of Authorization Number (COA)

The Certificate of Authorization (COA) field is optional and can be filled in once you have received airspace approval through the FAA CAPS system.
