Navigate to Your Equipment
Click the Profile Icon at the Top Right-Hand Corner of the screen and click on "Manage Organization"
Navigate and click on "Equipment"
Add Aircraft
Click on "Add Aircraft"
Enter in your Drone's Information
Drone Name
The name entered here must exactly match the drone’s name in the manufacturer’s system for the data to connect properly.
Ex. Red Drone, N123AA
DJI Drone
To locate the drone's Name on a DJI Agras drone, power on both the drone and RC, go to Device Management, and select the Drone tile.
You will then see the drone’s Name displayed in the top left-hand corner.
Drone Make
The manufacture of the Drone.
Ex. DJI, XAG
Drone Model
Model of the drone from the specified manufacturer.
Ex. Agras T40, Agras T50, P100 Pro, P150, Etc.
Registration Number
Registration Number from the FAA (For above 55lbs drones, this is the N-Number).
Ex. N123AA (Above 55lbs drone Ex) or FA3X7Y9T5H (Below 55lb drone Ex)
Serial Number
The serial number that is on your Drone's Aircraft Registration (This should be the Remote ID on updated Registrations).
Ex. 1581F6BU5237T0C1N0AA
Note: For newer drones such as the T50 or P150, the Flight Controller Serial also serves as the Serial Number.
Flight Controller Serial
Serial Number of the Physical Flight Controller (This is the "Identity" of the drone).
Ex. 186324P18223443597LK
Important Note: The Flight Controller Serial Number serves as the drone's unique identifier. If this number is incorrect, it will affect the selection of the drone's information.
On newer drones, the Flight Controller Serial Number is the same as the RID (Remote ID) and should match the Serial Number provided to the FAA on registration documents.
For newer DJI drones (T40 and later), the Flight Controller Serial Number begins with 1581F and is followed by 15 additional characters (Ex. 1581F574B244C50102S3).
For XAG drones older than the P150, the Flight Controller Serial Number can be found on the metal SN plate on the side of the drone's frame (EX. 8219347H4Y79).
For the XAG P150, the Flight Controller Serial Number starts with 1863 and is followed by 16 additional characters (Ex. 186324P18233543598LK).
DJI Drone
To locate the Flight Controller Serial on a DJI Agras drone, power on both the drone and RC, go to Device Management, and select the Drone tile.
You will then see the drone’s Flight Controller Serial displayed.
XAG Drone
To find the Flight Controller Serial on a XAG drone, turn on both the drone and the remote controller, navigate to "Device Details" for the drone, and select "About."
You will see the Serial Number of the drone. Use this as the Flight Controller Serial.
Swath Width Meters
The total width of the drone's spray swath.
Ex. 7.6m

Edit or Delete Your Aircraft
You can edit or delete an aircraft from your organization at any time. Simply click the three dots in the top right corner of the drone's profile you wish to modify or remove.
Note: You can only edit the drone's name and swath width. To modify any other details, you must delete the existing aircraft profile and create a new one.
