Managing Work Orders

Once created, work orders can be managed as needed.

View

Easily switch between upcoming and past Jobs by selecting the appropriate tab.


Option Menu

Open the options menu for a Work Order by selecting the three dots on its right side.

View

When viewing a Work Order, the information is displayed in read-only mode, ensuring nothing is modified by mistake.

Edit

Work Orders can be edited anytime to reflect changing conditions, such as assigning a new applicator or modifying the application date.

Duplicate

Work Orders can be duplicated and edited, making it easy to schedule multiple applications or set up recurring jobs.

Create Invoice

Users connected to QuickBooks® Online can quickly generate an invoice from a Work Order for any existing customer. Click here to view how to create and send an Invoice.

Delete

Delete outdated or incorrect Work Orders.

Note: Once a Work Order is deleted, it cannot be recovered.


Export

You can download a Work Order as a PDF for offline use or to share via email. To do this, click the three-dot Options Menu on the Work Order and select "View." Then, click the blue "Download Work Order PDF" button at the bottom. The PDF will appear in your computer’s file explorer, ready to open or share.
