Using details from the job Work Order, Job Estimate generates a downloadable PDF that can be used to invoice* customers immediately upon job completion. No need to wait until you get back to the office.

Navigate To Job Estimator
After creating a Work Order, you can generate a Job Estimate. This is the final step in the Work Order process. If you’ve already left the Work Order, simply select it, click the three dots on the right, choose "Edit," and navigate to the "Job Estimate" section of the Work Order.
Create Estimate
Depending on how much information you enter in the Work Order, some fields may be automatically filled for you, such as the number of "Proposed Acres."
You can enter the following information:
Applied Acres
Application Site (selectable using information from the Work Order)
Field Application Flat Fee
Field Application Rate
Chemical Cost
Other
Tax Amount
Tip: You can adjust the units for the Field Application Rate (either $/AC or $/Hr) and for the Tax Amount (USD or %)." Simply click on the units for the dropdown to appear.
Once all information is entered, click "Save to Schedule."
Download Estimate
After clicking "Save to Schedule," select the three dots on the right side of the Work Order and choose "View."
Then, at the bottom, click the blue "Download Job Estimate" button. The PDF will appear in your computer’s file explorer, ready to open or share.
