Q: Why do people use the job estimator?
A: Some customers use this feature to estimate jobs for their customers. Others who do not have a billing platform will use the PDF as a professional PDF invoice that can be sent via email or text to customers.

Q: Where is the job estimator located?
A: It is located at the bottom of the work order section. You will have to fill in work order details in order for the job estimate to be populated. For step-by-step instructions, read this article.

A: Yes! If you don’t have a billing or payment platform, you can download a job estimate and send it to customers as an invoice.
Q: Is the job estimator connected or integrated with any payment software?
A: No it is not.
Q: What is included on the job estimate?
A: The job estimate includes the name and address for your company, your customers name and address, job estimate creation date, work order number, application date, items used in the job, description of items and total estimated cost.
Q: What can I do after creating a job estimate?
A: Once you've created the job estimate, you can download and/or print it and share it with your customer as needed.
