Sharing Application Maps to a Partner's John Deere Operations Center™ Account

Give your customers a more comprehensive view of their operations by sharing application map data directly via John Deere Operations Center™

Sharing application maps to a partner’s John Deere Operations Center™ account requires a few extra steps. If you’re just looking to share an application map to YOUR OWN John Deere Operations Center™ account, click HERE.


Request Partner Access

Log in to your John Deere Operations Center™ account.

Under "Setup," click on "Team."

In the top-right corner, click "Add," then select "Partner Organization."

A window will appear. Select "Receive Access." Enter the email for your partner’s John Deere Operations Center™ account, then click "Next."

Level of Permissions

Next, choose the level of permissions you are requesting. At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Level 1 Access for "Organization"

  • Level 3 Access for "Locations"

All other permissions can be set to Zero. Click "Next" when finished.

Send Invite

Next, you can customize the message that will be sent to your partner. When finished, click "Send Invitation."

Partner Accepts Invite

Once the invitation is sent, your partner needs to review and accept it from their email inbox. You won’t be able to proceed until they do.


Enable Organization

Once the Invite has been accepted, you can head over to AcreConnect®. Click below to log in.

Once logged in, click your profile icon in the top-right corner, then select "Manage Connections."

If you don’t already have your John Deere Operations Center™ account connected to your AcreConnect® organization, click HERE to learn how.

In the John Deere Operations Center™ section of the Connection Center, you will now see your partner’s John Deere Operations Center™ organization. Click "Enable" to start the connection.

You will then be redirected to John Deere Operations Center™ to confirm the connection. Make sure to select your partner’s organization and click "Save."


Share Application Map

Navigate to the Flight Group that contains the application map you want to share and open the map. Then click "Export" in the bottom-left corner.

Under the "Share" dropdown, click "John Deere."

You will then be able to select your partner’s John Deere Operations Center™ organization and choose which field this application map should be associated with. Once your selection is made, click "Upload."


Review Sharing

Once the application map has been uploaded to John Deere Operations Center™, you will be redirected into your partner’s organization and taken to the corresponding field. To view the application on the field, click "Field Overview."

Next, select "Field Analyzer" from the top navigation bar.

Next, open the map layers dropdown menu and choose the appropriate drone application layer.

You can now confirm that the application map was successfully shared with your partner’s John Deere Operations Center™ account.
