Adding Your Drone To AcreConnect's DJI Agras Account

Add your drone to AcreConnect's DJI Agras Account to get access to generate As Applied Maps and Auto Sync Flight Logs.

Take advantage of our DJI API integration.

Auto Sync Flight Logs

Any drone added under our DJI Agras Account will automatically sync flight data into AcreConnect®, eliminating the need to manually upload KML Flight Logs. Once flights are uploaded from the RC, the data becomes available in AcreConnect®.

Create As Applied Maps

By adding your drone under our DJI Agras Account, you’ll also be able to generate As Applied maps since we gain access to pump flow data.

Create Application Maps without "Ferrying Lines"

With pump flow data available, your application maps will be cleaner and more accurate. Because the system can now detect when the drone was not spraying, “Ferrying Lines” are automatically removed from both coverage maps and As Applied Maps.

Note: These benefits will only apply to new flight data after the drone has been transferred to AcreConnect’s DJI Agras account. Flights recorded before the transfer must be uploaded manually using KML Flight Logs. Click here to learn how to upload KML Flight Logs.


Important Note: Before proceeding, contact an AcreConnect® support agent to obtain the email address of our DJI Agras Account for the drone transfer. The support agent will also create a new DJI Agras Team within our account to ensure there is no interruption in your ability to fly your drone.

Transferring Your Drone

To transfer your drone into AcreConnect's DJI Agras Account, you can do this on either DJI SmartFarm App on your mobile device or by using DJI Agras Management Platform.

Log into your DJI Account that the drone is under and go to "Devices" on SmartFarm App or "Aircraft Management" on DJI Agras Management Platform.

Select the drone you want to transfer and click on "Transfer Aircraft." This setting is under "Device Info" on the DJI SmartFarm App.

It will then prompt you to type in the email of the DJI Agras Account you want to transfer to.

To initiate the transfer, type in your passcode and click "Transfer." The transfer will then be complete.


New Agras Team

Accept Team Invite

An AcreConnect® support Agent will create you a new DJI Agras Team. If there are multiple pilots who were sent a team invite, each pilot will need to accept it in their own account.

To accept the team invite, go to either the DJI SmartFarm App on your mobile Device or DJI Agras Management platform. Click on the notification bell icon and click "Accept" under the invitation.

Fly Under New Team

On your DJI RC, sign out of your DJI Agras account and sign back in, this will refresh the system. Log back in and you will then be prompted to select what team you want to fly under, make sure you click on this new team.

If you're not sure whether you're on the correct team, click on your profile in the top right corner of the RC homepage.

You can then see what team you are currently flying under. If you need to switch teams, click "Switch."

You can then select the correct team.

Important Note: If you're not flying under the correct team, the drone will likely prevent takeoff, and your flights won't be eligible for auto sync or As-Applied Map generation.


FAQ

I just sold my drone or I want the drone back into my DJI Account

At anytime an AcreConnect® support Agent can transfer your drone(s) back into you personal DJI Agras account.


If I transfer my drone to AcreConnect's DJI Agras account, do I still own the drone?

The ownership and registration of the drone shall remain solely with you. Upon request to an AcreConnect® support agent, you may have the drone transferred back to your personal DJI Agras account at any time.


Will I lose my fields in my DJI Agras Account once the drone has been transferred?

No. The fields are associated with your personal DJI Agras account and will not be deleted if the drone is transferred.


Can I still see my flight records within DJI's system?

Yes, you can see all flight records by going to "Flight Statistics"
