How to view, open and edit sent invoices in AcreConnect™

This section will guide you through viewing invoices that are Open or Paid. Open invoice can be edited and resent as needed.

This section will guide you through viewing invoices that are Open or Paid. Open invoice can be edited and resent as needed.

  1. Navigate to the list of customers.

  2. Select the customer of interest.

  3. Now select “View” from the customer quick links callout.

  4. If a customer has open or paid invoices, they will appear in the left menu.

5. To view the paid invoice, select the “Paid” invoice card. This will load the PDF view of the paid invoice. The PDF is available for download at the bottom of the screen.

6. Selecting “Cancel” will return you to the customer details.

7. “Save” will update any changes.

8. “Review” will generate an Invoice Preview in PDF format.

9. From the “Review” screen you can edit or send your invoice.

10. To send your invoice, add the customer email address. To send a copy to yourself, check the “Send me a copy” box. Select “Send Invoice” button once you’ve added the appropriate recipients.
