This section will guide you through viewing invoices that are Open, Sent or Paid. An open or sent invoice can be edited and resent as needed.

Navigate to Customers
Navigate to your list of customers.
From your list of customers, select the customer of interest. When the customer's information appears on the map, select “View” from the customer quick links callout.
Invoice States
If a customer has open, sent or paid invoices, they will appear in the left menu.
Open Invoices
To view the open invoice, select the “Open” invoice card. You will be able to edit the invoice. For more details on how to create and send an invoice, view this article.
Sent Invoices
To view the sent invoice, select the “Sent” invoice card. Below the invoice, you can Email or Download the invoice as a PDF.
Email a Sent Invoice
On the bottom of the Invoice, click "Email Invoice." The customer email will auto populate if provided in their profile. To send a copy to yourself, check the “Send me a copy” box. Select “Send Invoice” button once you’ve added the appropriate recipients.
Edit a Sent Invoice
On the same page where you emailed the invoice, you can also make changes to it. Just click "Edit Invoice" at the bottom of the invoice.
Paid Invoices
To view the paid invoice, select the “Paid” invoice card. This will load the PDF view of the paid invoice. The PDF is available for download at the bottom of the screen.
