How to sync your QuickBooks® Online Contacts with AcreConnect™

Syncing your QuickBooks® Online contacts with AcreConnect™ allows you to use existing contact information when creating work orders and invoices. Once synced, contact details such as phone number, email address and physical location (via Google Maps) will be accessible with one tap. Follow the steps below to complete the syncing process.

  1. Make sure your QuickBooks® Online account has been connected in the AcreConnect™ Connection Center. You can verify the connection has been made if the “Disconnect” button is displayed next to the QuickBooks® Online. If you need directions to connect your account, refer to this article.

2. Select “Sync Now”.

3. Click “Import Customers” on the pop-up.

4. After the sync is complete, AcreConnect™ will display the number of customers imported and the date of last sync.

5. Your customers have now been synced, and you are ready to begin using them in your work orders and invoices.

6. To view your customers, select the “Customers” tab from the account menu.

7. You will see your customers displayed on a map for easy identification.
