Navigating to your Account
In the top-right corner of the screen, click over the blue profile icon and select "My Account".
Go to the menu on the left-hand side and click on "Users"
Make sure you are in the "Users" tab and select the pencil icon.
Once you have selected the pencil icon, you will see the ability to change the User Role and the User Status.
To change an ADMIN to a USER or vise versa, select the User Role tab and pick the desired role.
To change the status of an account within your Organization to Active or Inactive, select User Status and select the desired status.
Once you have the desired User Role and User Status selected, click Save right below.
Note: this can always be changed later on as long as your account has the ADMIN role assigned.
