Sign in or create your AcreConnect® account
To get started, log into your AcreConnect® account. If you don't already have an account, visit AcreConnect® at app.acreconnect.io/signup or use the link below to sign up.
Navigating to your Subscription
If you are a free or trial user, you can navigate to your subscription by clicking “Subscribe Now” from the blue banner. If you are a a paid user, skip this step and go to the next.
In the top-right corner of the screen, hover over the blue profile icon and select "My Account".
From the menu, click "Subscription".
From the Subscription Summary, click "Manage Subscription".
Choose a subscription payment option (Monthly or Yearly), then click the "Subscribe" button.
Note: AcreConnect® uses Stripe for subscription management and payment processing. Users will be routed to Stripe to complete the purchase.
Select a payment type to continue. After entering all required information, click "Subscribe" at the bottom.
After your payment is successfully processed, you will be returned to the AcreConnect® My Account page, where your paid subscription will be displayed.
Adding Additional Seats
Note: An active subscription is required to add additional seats.
In the top-right corner of the screen, hover over the blue profile icon and select "My Account".
From the menu, click "Subscription".
From the Subscription Summary, click "Manage Subscription".
Note: You will be directed to the Stripe Subscription Manager to complete your changes.
Select "Update Subscription" to add additional seats to your subscription.
Increase the quantity to the total number of seats needed for your account, then click "Continue" once you’ve set the desired amount.
Adding Additional Seats Example
If you currently have one seat and want to add two more, set the total seat quantity to "3" as shown, then click "Continue" at the bottom.
Confirm your subscription upgrade by clicking "Confirm" at the bottom of the page.
Select "Return to AcreConnect®" to return to your account.
Removing subscription seats
To remove seats, follow the steps for adding seats, but decrease the total to the desired number of users on the account.
Canceling Subscription
In the top-right corner of the screen, hover over the blue profile icon and select "My Account".
From the menu, click "Subscription".
From the Subscription Summary, click "Manage Subscription".
Select the "Cancel Subscription" button.
To finalize the cancellation, select "Cancel Subscription" one more time.
Note: Your subscription will remain active until its scheduled renewal date.
