Re-Sync Your QuickBooks® Customer List With AcreConnect®

How to add new customers to your AcreConnect® customer list after they have been created in QuickBooks®

Confirm Connection with QuickBooks® Online

You can verify the connection has been made if the “Disconnect” button is displayed next to the QuickBooks® Online. If you need directions to connect your account, refer to this article.


Important Notes:

  • Customer information synced from QuickBooks® cannot be modified in AcreConnect®. To make a change to the customer information, log into QuickBooks® Online and update necessary customer information. Once updated, resync using the steps below.

  • AcreConnect® cannot automatically update changes made to QuickBooks® Customers. Any new customers added or updated will require a resync in AcreConnect®.

Sync QuickBooks® Online Contacts

Click "Sync Now" to begin syncing your QuickBooks® Online contacts.

Import Customers

Click on "Import Customers" to add them to your customer list.


Sync Confirmation

When the sync is complete you will see the “QuickBooks® customer synced successfully” message in the top right corner of your screen.

After the sync is complete, AcreConnect® will display the number of customers imported and the date of last sync.

Your customers have now been synced, and you are ready to begin using them in your work orders and invoices.
