Navigate To Flights & Maps
Flight Groups are located under the "Flights and Maps" tab in the top menu.
Create Flight Group
Select the “Create Flight Group” button. This starts the process to group flights and assign them to Work Orders and Product Usage Reports
Give your flight group a name and select the “Save” button when done. This is the only required field. You can always come back and update the name and add associations as needed.
Add Work Order
Optionally, search for and add a work order. This will associate the flights with the Work Order.
Add Product Usage Report
If the selected Work Order has a Product Usage Report, you can also link it to the Flight Group. Select the Product Usage Report and click "Add." The report’s details will then populate the fields below.
Note: Only Product Usage Reports linked to the selected Work Order will be available to choose from.
Save Flight Group
Once all desired information has been added to the Flight Group, click "Save." Your flight group is now created, and you can start adding flights
