Method 1 - Bulk Downloading
This method works best for downloading multiple fields at once to save time.
Selecting Desired Flight
Once logged in, you can use the filters at the top of the screen to get to the desired flight records.
Export KML Flight Logs
Once you have the flights listed that you want to export, click “Export” in the top right-hand corner. You will be given two options: “Current Page Data” or “Eligible Data.”
Current Page Data: Downloads only the flights shown on the page you are currently viewing. If there are multiple pages, it will NOT export flights from the other pages.
Eligible Data: Downloads ALL flights based on your selected filters, regardless of how many pages there are.
After selecting either “Current Page Data” or “Eligible Data,” a pop-up will appear. Select “KML” as the file type, and make sure all items are selected in the dropdown menu.
Click "Export" once ready.
The export will now begin. Once it is complete, click the download arrow in the top right-hand corner to save the file to your computer’s file explorer.
Method 2 - Downloading Individual Flights
This method works best if you only need to upload a few specific fields individually.
Selecting Desired Flight
Just like method 1, you can use the filters at the top of the screen to get to the desired flight record.
Once you've located the correct flight, click "View" on the desired flight.
Export KML Flight Log
Click on the three dots that are at the top right-hand corner of the side panel and select “Export Report."
Choose the KML file option
Ensure all "KML Export Fields" are selected
Finally, click on "Export" and you will then see the KML file in your computer's downloads folder.
